As part of our growth, our communications company in Sousse is looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to join our dynamic team.
You will be at the heart of our digital strategy, responsible for strengthening our online presence and interacting with our community on social networks.
Main responsibilities:
- Animate and energize our social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Create and publish engaging and relevant content tailored to our audience.
- Engage with the community by proactively responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve defined strategic objectives.
- Design and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize visibility and return on investment (ROI).
Profile sought:
- Degree in marketing, digital communication or equivalent.
- Proven experience (2 years minimum) in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
